If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Platform. Any change in constitution of the Company including change of name shall not affect these terms of use and the same shall continue to be in full force and effect.

• While Lockton India has compiled information in good faith, this Platform may contain inadvertent errors or outdated information.
• Lockton India and its group companies disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information from third parties included on this Platform.
• The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Lockton India and its group companies are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this Platform or its services.

8. Delays in Services

Lockton India and its group companies are not responsible for any loss or liability resulting from delays or interruptions due to electronic or mechanical equipment failures, network failure, data processing issues, communication issues, utility failures, weather, strikes, natural disasters, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

9. Changes to Terms

Lockton India reserves the right to update these Terms of Use and the specifications or terms relating to the Platform's services to address evolving technology, security threats, feature enhancements, and service improvements. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.

10. Termination
